Order payment
Depending on the selected event, we offer the following payment methods:
- Prepayment by credit card.
- Cashless payment/Bank transfer. This payment option is available for both legal entities and individuals. After agreeing on the order with a specialist, you will be billed for tickets. We will send it by fax or email. You can pay the bill at the cash desk of any bank, or from the settlement account of your organization.
- Electronic money (WebMoney, PayPal). After agreeing the order with a specialist, you will be sent a link to the payment.
Delivery
- Electronic ticket/Instant loading
After payment, an electronic ticket will be sent to your email within 24 hours. You will just need to print it on a printer. - Express delivery. Delivery to others around the world is carried out by a delivery service of your choice — at the expense of the recipient at the prices of the selected company.

Ticket refund
Only tickets purchased in the company are accepted for refund.
Tickets are refunded only in case of cancellation of the event. When tickets are returned, the full nominal cost of tickets is refunded (after receiving funds from the organizers), as well as 50% of the cost of booking and delivery services. Tickets are accepted within 3 days after the date of the event.
In case of postponement of the event, tickets are refunded at the request of the client no later than 10 days before the new date. The full nominal cost of tickets is refunded, as well as 50% of the cost of booking and delivery services.
In case of replacement of the event, ticket refund is possible no later than 3 days before the date of its holding. The full nominal cost of tickets is refunded, as well as 10% of the cost of booking and delivery services. On the day of the event, tickets are returned to the organizer’s box office.
When returning tickets paid by credit card, the money is returned to your card by wire transfer.
